There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Grussendorf: Page 5, following line 8: Insert a new bill section to read: "*Sec. 12. AS 43.80.050, 43.80.055, 43.80.060, 43.80.065, 43.80.095, and 43.80.100 are repealed July1, 2003." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Representative Grussendorf moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Vezey objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
